That comes In many different varieties. Sushi is not only delicious but also it can be considered art work. Also the skill of crafting sushi can also be admired as an art form. Which makes the Sushi experience far more greater and interesting then just a piece of raw fish rolled up. .not sure if sushi has evolved or not but I know its more popular then ever. So I guess the new flavors and the experience show that there has been an evolution since it's introduction. A wonderful design, great idea and delicious experience.
